About service:

Occupational Therapy helps clients relearn essential skills for independent living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, cooking, and managing the home. It is especially beneficial for clients with neurological conditions, arthritis, stroke, or developmental disabilities.

How it works:

A licensed OT performs a functional evaluation to identify barriers to independence. The therapist then works with the client to develop goals and implement adaptive techniques and strategies to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently.

Other Info:

Includes home safety assessments and training in the use of assistive devices. We offer specialized programs for Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and post-stroke recovery.

Your care. Your story. Our mission.

October Home Care is here to rewrite the narrative. To bring compassion back into care. To build something that lasts—for our clients, our families, and for everyone who’s ever felt unseen in the system.
