Staff & Clinician Application Process

Book Your Orientation
Schedule your in-person orientation. We want to meet you face-to-face and ensure you’re the right fit for the culture and values of October Home Care.

Bring Your Credentials
Valid ID (2 forms, issued within the past 2 years). Updated resume, valid CPR certification, relevant licenses or certifications (HHA, RN, LPN, PCA, etc.), any additional clinical or professional certifications (recommended)

Meet & Showcase Your Experience
Be prepared to demonstrate your experience and professionalism during the orientation. You’ll also have a chance to meet our staff and discuss your skills, availability, and goals.

Meet & Greet with Clients
After orientation, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet between you and a potential client. This is part of our values—we make sure the match is a great fit for both sides.

Start Date Assignment
Once the meet-and-greet is successful and the family agrees, we will finalize your start date. Welcome aboard—you’re officially part of the October Home Care family!
