About service:
Home Health Aides (HHAs) provide hands-on support with personal hygiene, mobility, and light housekeeping under the supervision of a nurse or therapist. Services enhance comfort and hygiene, promoting wellness and independence.
How it works:
Clients receive a care plan based on their individual ADL (activities of daily living) needs. HHAs assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, and light meal preparation, often working in tandem with nurses or therapists.
Other Info:
All aides are trained in infection control, fall prevention, and dementia care. HHAs also monitor for changes in condition and report concerns to the supervising nurse.
